Our Classes
Our Yoga for Men practice follows a clear seasonal rhythm and a progressive teaching method designed specifically for men.
You are invited to join at any time during the year and each class is part of a broader journey that unfolds over the year, aligned with the natural movement of the seasons and with how men build strength, mobility, focus, and resilience over time.
A Seasonal and Progressive Approach

The year is organised into two macro cycles:
-
Autumn to mid-winter: a gradual movement from outward effort to inward focus. Classes emphasise structure, grounding, stability, and restoring healthy movement patterns.
-
Late winter to summer: a progressive movement from inward stability to outward expression. Classes become more fluid, expansive, and expressive, while maintaining strength and control.
This seasonal rhythm allows the body and nervous system to adapt naturally, rather than being pushed in the same direction all year long.
What Shapes Each Class
Every class integrates four dimensions that are essential in men’s practice:
-
Anatomical: functional strength, joint integrity, mobility, and posture
-
Physiological: breath, nervous system regulation, endurance, and recovery
-
Energetic: rhythm, effort, rest, and sustainable use of energy
-
Mindset: focus, discipline, confidence, and presence
Rather than training isolated skills, classes are designed to work the body as a coherent system. Intensity, pacing, and emphasis vary through the season, while the underlying structure remains stable.

What to Expect

-
Practices that are structured and progressive, not random
-
Strength and Mobility without unnecessary strain
-
Clear guidance, without pressure to perform or share
-
A practice that supports life beyond the mat
This approach works equally well for beginners and experienced practitioners. You join where you are, and progress through consistency rather than force.

It is about building a body that feels capable, a breath that feels steady, and a mindset that feels clear.
Joining at Any Time
Although the work follows a seasonal rhythm, you can join at any point in the year.

Each class is complete in itself and accessible on its own. At the same time, the recurring structure and themes allow progress to happen naturally over time, even if you start mid-season.

There is no "catching up" and no disadvantage to starting later. The practice adapts to where you are, while gently inviting you forward through consistency.

Some students join at the beginning of a cycle. Others step in halfway through. Both progress. What matters is not when you start, but how regularly you show up.
