Yoga for Men Weekend Retreat
Zeeland · 26–28 June 2026
A grounded, embodied yoga weekend for men.
Structured, accessible, and held in a calm, respectful setting.
No prior yoga experience required.
What this retreat is about
This retreat approaches yoga as a practical system working with body, breath, and attention.
Through structured movement, conscious breathing, and moments of stillness, the practice supports:
-
physical stability and ease
-
nervous system regulation
-
clearer attention
-
integration into daily life
The challenge comes from staying present, not from being pushed.
Intensity is always adjustable, and self-regulation is central throughout the weekend.
Why a men-only retreat
This work is offered in a men-only setting to create favourable conditions for focus, honesty, and embodiment.
When the practice is designed specifically for men:
-
common patterns of strength and tension can be addressed directly
-
comparison and performance soften
-
silence and continuity become easier to access
As men become more grounded, their presence naturally extends into their relationships, work, and daily life.
Who this retreat is for
This retreat is suitable for:
-
men new to yoga
-
men with an existing yoga practice
-
yoga teachers who wish to practise rather than teach
-
men who appreciate structure, clarity, and a calm environment
Flexibility or athletic performance is not required.
Listening to your body matters more than experience.
